What does Pre-Order mean?Blissmoi is thrilled to offer select themed boxes and regular goodies on Pre-Order! Secure your favorites now, and they’ll ship as soon as they’re back in stock. For each Pre-Order, we provide an estimated shipping start date, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery! If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. We are unable to ship items separately.

What are the payment options?At this time we accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, Maestro, Electron, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klana.

Can I use one or more credit cards?No, we only accept one payment method per order. However, you can purchase a gift card using your preferred credit card, then use the gift card along with another credit card for your order.

How do I change my shipping address?You can email us at care@blissmoi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

When will you ship my order?We ship the orders via USPS and UPS. Once you place your order, we will ship it within 2-3 business days (M-F). Shipping times: 5-7 business days on average after processing Please note that during times of high order volume, additional time may be needed for your order to arrive.

Do you ship Internationally?Right now, we’re able to ship to all states within the US, but we’re dreaming of going global soon! Stay tuned—our international adventure is just around the corner!

How much does shipping cost?We primarily use UPS and the USPS to ship our packages. *Complimentary ground shipping applies to any order sent to a single address. For orders going to multiple addresses, each shipment must reach a total of USD $85 or more to qualify for complimentary shipping at each address. At Blissmoi, it’s very important to us that your gifts arrive on time. However, once we hand your order off to UPS, delivery times are outside of our control, and we’re not responsible for any courier delays.

What are your rules regarding expedited shipping?For all expedited orders (3-Day Select or 2-Day Air): Orders placed by 11 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 11 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. At Blissmoi, it’s very important to us that your gifts arrive on time. However, once we hand your order off to UPS, delivery times are outside of our control, and we’re not responsible for any courier delays. *Please note: When selecting expedited shipping, keep in mind that courier services operate on business days(M-F) only. Weekend delivery is unavailable, even if shown at checkout. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Where are you located? Do you offer local hand delivery?We’re located in Bloomingdale, GA, and offer hand delivery within the Richmond Hill, GA; Pooler, GA; and Bloomingdale, GA areas for a $5 delivery fee.

Do you send a receipt in the box?Since most of our orders are gift boxes sent directly to recipients, we do not include a receipt in the shipping box. Instead, we only include a packing slip without pricing information. As the gift giver, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, which can serve as your receipt. If you need any additional documentation, feel free to reach out to us at care@blissmoi.com—we’re always happy to help!

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?Absolutely! You can send gifts to multiple recipients by emailing their shipping addresses to us at care@blissmoi.com using our address collection template.

Will my recipient need to sign for the delivery of their Blissmoi gift box?We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, in some cases, the delivery driver may decide a signature is necessary, which is beyond our control. We recommend that customers closely monitor the tracking information provided in their shipping confirmation email to stay informed about their delivery status.

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?We’re so sorry to hear that your package is experiencing a delay! Our team works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays occur beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 business days, please reach out to us—care@blissmoi.com

What if my box is Lost in Transit?If it's been 7 or more business days since your tracking information indicated that the package was delivered, or if there is no movement on the tracking, please reach out to us at care@blissmoi.com. * Blissmoi offers optional shipping protection at checkout, which provides complimentary replacements for lost packages if eligible. If you did not purchase shipping protection, Blissmoi cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for issues arising from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.* To ensure your box arrives safely, we recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting that your package be held at your local post office for pickup. In cases where a customer has a recurring history of stolen packages due to an unsecured delivery location, Blissmoi reserves the right to discontinue shipping protection coverage for that customer. If this occurs, the customer will be notified that future purchases of shipping protection are not permitted, and existing coverage may be refunded.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my shipment. What should I do?If you haven’t received your box, start by checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. Also, visit or call your local post office to check if it’s being held for pickup. If it’s been 7 or more business days since your tracking information showed the package as delivered, email us at care@blissmoi.com. *If shipping protection is not purchased, Blissmoi cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier or for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. *

What happens if my Blissmoi package is returned to the sender?If your gift is returned to us as undeliverable, we're happy to re-ship it following these steps: We’ll notify you by email with the reason for the return (e.g., not picked up, address issues, or declined by the recipient). You provide us with an updated, valid mailing address for re-delivery. We carefully open the shipping box to ensure the gift contents are in perfect condition, adjusting any items if needed. We repackage your purchase in a fresh, clean shipping box with new packaging materials. A re-processing fee of $15, plus the actual cost of postage, will apply. You’ll receive an electronic invoice, and once it's paid, we’ll re-ship your package within 2 business days. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the package will be considered unclaimed and will become the property of Blissmoi.

Return and Refund Policy - Regular GoodiesWe're happy to process cancellations and offer full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us at care@blissmoi.com within this time frame, including your name, order number, and the items you'd like to cancel. “Blissmoi Promise” : We want you to absolutely love your Blissmoi goodies! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist. You can return a new, unused package for a refund or store credit if you email us and send back your box within 14 days of receipt. Returns for a refund are only accepted for brand new Regular Goodies in their original condition with all contents and packaging intact. The box must be securely wrapped in an outer poly bag or another protective box. Returns without protective packaging or with missing items will not be accepted. If the box arrives incomplete or not in its original condition, we will be unable to process the return. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or any other improper use. To ensure your return reaches us safely, please package it securely. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items, and valid tracking information must be sent to care@blissmoi.com once the return is shipped. Please also keep a tracking link as proof of the return to ensure faster processing. We can't be responsible for lost returns. Please note: A return handling fee of $8.95 for Regular Goodies will be deducted if you choose a refund to your original payment method. If you opt for store credit, you’ll receive the full amount for future purchases. After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 5-10 business days (M-F) to process your refund or credit. In many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. Processing times can vary depending on return volume and the condition of the item.

Return and Refund Policy - Themed Boxes and Other itemsThemed Boxes: Due to the time and love we put into each custom-made and personal gift box, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but we're confident you'll love it! For purchases made during a Complimentary Gift with Purchase promotion, any complimentary items associated with your order must be returned along with the original product. If the complimentary gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your final refund. Please note that returning only the complimentary gift will not have any refund value. Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Only new, unused items will be accepted for a refund or store credit if you contact us and return your items within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging (wrapped in an outer poly bag or another protective box). Returns without protective packaging or with missing contents will not be accepted. After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 5-10 business days (M-F) to process your refund or credit. In many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. Processing times can vary depending on return volume and the condition of the item.

What If I Received A Damaged Item?We're sorry to hear that you received a damaged item—this is definitely not the experience we aim for. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Kindly email us at care@blissmoi.com with your order number and photos of the following within 14 days of receiving your box: The exterior of the box as it arrived. The damaged item, clearly showing the damage or leakage. The interior of the box you received. Once we have these photos, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we can’t process replacements without photo evidence. In some cases, you might need to return the damaged item, and if so, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We're committed to making things right!

Can I return or exchange individual items in the box?If you receive any items that are damaged, missing, or defective, we’re here to assist! Simply email us at care@blissmoi.com with photos of the issue within 14 days of receiving your package. Our team will quickly arrange for replacements to be sent out for any damaged items.

Do you offer refunds for gift cards?No, gift cards are considered FINAL SALE.

What is excluded from the refund?All themed boxes, Blissmoi mysterious boxes, gift cards, items marked as FINAL SALE, and charges for shipping and gift wrapping are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
