Ingredients:
Snow mushroom: 1 piece (100g)
Red dates: 4-5 pieces
Goji berries: 15-20 pieces
Rock sugar: 2-3 pieces (adjust to taste)
Water: 1 liter
Instructions:
Rinse and soak the snow mushroom for 1-2 hours until soft. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
Soak red dates and goji berries separately for 10 minutes.
In a pot, bring the snow mushroom and water to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Add red dates and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Stir in rock sugar and goji berries for the last 10 minutes.
